We work for the buyer, and only the buyer
DAHAB ESTATES LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16409290. We help buyers based in Europe purchase property in England and Wales: finding it, viewing it when you cannot be there, and keeping the purchase moving once an offer is accepted.
That is the whole of the business. We do not take instructions from sellers, we do not list property, and we do not earn a commission from the sale of a house you buy through us. When we say a property is not worth the asking price, there is nothing on the other side of that advice.

What we do not do
- Sell, list or market property
- Act as your solicitor or give legal advice
- Give tax, pension or immigration advice
- Guarantee a purchase price, a mortgage or a timescale
- Recommend a property on the basis of a fee from its seller
How we are paid
A fee you agree before we start
We are paid by the buyer. The scope of work and the fee are set out in writing before anything begins, in euro, based on the parts of the purchase you ask us to take on.
There is no charge for the first conversation, and no obligation that follows from it. If we do not think we can help with a particular search, we say so at that point rather than later.
We work remotely and attend properties across England and Wales. We do not publish a walk-in office address, and we do not claim premises we do not occupy.
